This is a little different from what we have been sharing thus far. Sometimes, music theory can be a bit challenging and "abstract" to say the least for children to understand. So we have been working on clefs recently. The kid was having a bit of problem trying to visualise and audiolize how some pitches look different in different clefs but sound the same! Anyway, to cement the concept, we got the kid to play a little call and response on her own. Her first response was, "Hey! They sound the same!" and then... "OH!!!!!" The rest of the written exercises were quite straightforward then.
Nothing beats playing the concept and experiencing it!
Sharing the little resource here! You can write one on your own too!
